RVA Strong is devoted to health, wellness, and the fitness adventurer in all of us! Features include a monthly video challenge exploring a new sport/exercise with a local expert. Each month is something different will we be conquering our fear of heights through indoor rock climbing? Will we be on the James River doing paddleboard yoga?
